2. Decentralized Domains

EZ Domains facilitates the search and registration of decentralized domains on the Handshake network. Unlike traditional domains (ICANN-regulated), Handshake domains are blockchain-based assets.

• Ownership is secured by cryptographic keys.
• We do not control the Handshake blockchain and cannot reverse transactions.
• You are responsible for managing your own private keys and wallet security.

3. Registration & Payments

When you register a domain through our partner registrars (e.g., Namecheap, Porkbun), you are subject to their respective terms of service and pricing policies. EZ Domains acts as a search and discovery interface and does not directly process domain registration payments.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use EZ Domains or the domains you register for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EZ Domains, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
